Amend Alcohol License – Change of Manager
Petition from Joseph Devlin representing Linchris Hotel Corp, d.b.a. Harbor Hotel Provincetown for a Change of Manager on their Seasonal All Alcohol Liquor License at 698 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657.

On July 18, 2024, the Provincetown Board of Health approved the following changes to the Board of Health regulations:
PART IV- ARTICLE 6: Camps, Cabins & Motels license updated to
PART IV- ARTICLE 6: Commercial Lodging Establishment licenses (effective upon publication).
The Provincetown Board of Health held a public hearing on the proposed regulation posted 6/24/24 to https://www.provincetown-ma.gov/1419/Proposed-Regulations. The amended regulation becomes effective August 1, 2024 upon publication and will be posted to https://www.provincetown-ma.gov/461/Bylaws-Regulations
Board of Health approved 5-0-0.

Conservation Commission
Public Hearing
August 6, 2024
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following in addition to cases continued from previous hearings:
CON-24-83 1 MacMillan Wharf Notice of Intent filed by Jaime Demetriou to replace fender piles, wales and chocks, replace and install new emergency access ladders, repair bracing supports and push piles, and install new crane. Work to take place within Land Under the Ocean and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
CON-24-91 9 Ryder Street Extension Notice of Intent filed by Ann and Charles Lagasse to construct a Harbor walk, including two seasonal shade structures. Work to take place within Coastal Beach, Coastal Dune, Land Containing Shellfish, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
CON-24-93 94 Harry Kemp Way Notice of Intent filed by Seaman’s Bank to redevelop the site, including building modifications, additional parking, mitigation plantings, and associated site improvements. Work to take place within Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland and NHESP Habitat.

Historic District Commission
Public Hearing
August 21, 2024
The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 24-199
Application by Brad Walker, on behalf of 21 Commercial Street, LLC, requesting to make minor changes to a previously-approved Certificate of Appropriateness, HDC 23-171, including adjustments to windows, a shed dormer, an elevated wood deck, and a privacy fence and equipment enclosure on the property located at 21 Commercial Street.
HDC 24-212
Application by Artak Sahakyan, on behalf of Missycleo Homes, LLC, requesting to install rolling shutters and replacing trim on the south elevation of the structure located at 165 Commercial Street, U2.
