Under the Big Top (Friday-Wednesday, July 26-31)
Payomet Performing Arts Center presents “Overboard,” an original circus production about the adventures of a salty sea captain, at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (2357 Route 6) on Friday, July 26; Monday, July 29; and Wednesday, July 31 at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 for kids, $30 for adults at payomet.org.
Beach Combers (Friday, July 26)
The Center for Coastal Studies presents “Get to the Bottom of It!,” an educational nature walk for ages 5 to 12, on Friday, July 26, 9:30 a.m. The group will meet at the Sea Space Marine Discovery Center (247 Commercial St., Provincetown) and head to the beach to collect samples from the shallow waters, then use a microscope to take an up-close look at the tiny marine animals that live in the harbor. $10 per child ($5 for CCS members). Get Creative! (Friday, July 26)

Magic Makers (Friday, July 26)

Mass Audubon presents a seashore ramble for families and kids 4 and up at Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (291 Route 6, South Wellfleet) on Tuesday, July 30, 1 p.m. Participants will use dip nets and magnifiers to search for swimming, flying, and burrowing wildlife on the beach at low tide.
