Harper Rose Richter was born on Nov. 25, 2019 to parents Vida and Raphael Richter and big brother Mica of Truro. She is the fourth generation of women in the family, welcomed by grandmothers Lydia Hamnquist of Provincetown and Katherine Rossmoore, and great-grandmother Barbara Rushmore of Provincetown.
