Wellfleet OysterFest takes place at several venues around Wellfleet, including Town Hall (300 Main St.) and Wellfleet Public Library (55 West Main St.), from Friday, Oct. 13 to Sunday, Oct. 15. Events include shucking lessons and contests, live music, a spelling bee, talks on oyster farming and culture, arts and crafts, and more. $23 general admission; free tickets (required) for kids 12 and under.
