95 Lawrence Road
Beginning on July 14, the zoning board of appeals will hold public hearings on the affordable housing proposed for 95 Lawrence Road. These meetings will be accessible via both Zoom and in-person attendance at the Adult Community Center, formerly known as the Senior Center. The ZBA’s full schedule is available on its page on the town’s website, though none of the 95 Lawrence Road meetings had been posted by press time.
Representatives from Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), the Boston-based nonprofit owner, developer, and manager of the proposed development, intend to be present at the hearings to answer questions and address concerns from community members.
Feedback at these hearings will inform POAH’s pre-application to the ZBA in October. If that is approved, the proposal will move on to the full application pool in February 2023. —Greta Magendantz
