P(art)y for a Cause (Friday, June 17)
The Cape Cod Children’s Place, which provides free parent and early childhood education, holds an “Art Grab” fundraiser at the Chequessett Club, 680 Chequessett Neck Road in Wellfleet, on Friday, June 17, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Each guest will be able to take one of over 70 works of local art home. Tomorrow Never Grows (Saturday, June 18)
The Orleans Improvement Association hosts its annual garden tour, “To Plant a Garden Is to Believe in Tomorrow,” on Saturday, June 18, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants can tour six private gardens and meet local artists who will paint the gardens en plein air throughout the day. MAMA, Didn’t Mean to Make You Cry (Saturday, June 18)
The Provincetown Brewing Company, 141 Bradford St., hosts a fundraiser for MA Mom Advocates (MAMA) on Saturday, June 18, 3 to 6 p.m., featuring local person-of-color-owned vendors. MAMA provides support, resources, and referrals to services for birth givers. Their work also addresses barriers to birthing care access caused by systemic racism.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Saturday, June 18 & Tuesday, June 21)
The David Eure Jazz Trio plays a “Summer Sounds Kickoff Concert” at Wellfleet Preservation Hall, 335 Main St., on Saturday, June 18, 5 to 6:30 p.m. The following Tuesday, June 21, 5 to 7 p.m., Woof Woof Meow plays a ska, funk, and reggae-filled “Midsummer Night’s Eve Dance Party.” Tickets for the concerts are $25 and $15 respectively at wellfleetpreservationhall.org.

Breaking News (Thursday, June 23)
The Wellfleet Breakers Soccer Club holds its annual fundraiser at the Flying Fish Café at 29 Briar Lane in Wellfleet on Thursday, June 23, 6 to 9 p.m. The Flying Fish provides free pizza and appetizers. Raffle prizes will be donated by local restaurants, merchants, and artists. The club, founded in 2010, plays at the Nauset Regional High School Community Stadium throughout the summer.
