Spreading Seeds (Saturday, June 4)
Diane Arbeit presents “Seeds on a Mission,” a sunflower seed giveaway to raise awareness about the ongoing war in Ukraine. Arbeit hopes they will be planted throughout the community. Get seeds outside the Provincetown Art Association and Museum this Saturday, June 4, 1 to 3 p.m.

Twenty Summers presents “Pending Memories,” a talk with Cuban digital and installation artist Adrián Fernández, on Saturday, June 4, 3 to 4:30 p.m. His series with the same title challenges perceived reality by combining images of empty Cuban landscapes and the dilapidated or bare-bones structural elements of buildings. Then, on Sunday, June 5, 6 to 7:30 p.m., James Kirchick and Andrew Sullivan converse about Kirchick’s Secret City: The Hidden History of Gay Washington. Chorale the Troops (Saturday, June 4)

Broadening Horizons (Saturday, June 4)
Artists Janice Redman, Bailey Bob Bailey, and Michele L’Heureux join poets Elizabeth Bradfield and Miller Oberman for a release party for Broadsided Press: Fifteen Years of Poetic and Artistic Collaboration 2005-2020 on Saturday, June 4, 5 to 7 p.m., at Farm Projects, 355 Main St. in Wellfleet. Broadsided Press publishes monthly posters that feature printed poems accompanied by art.

In honor of World Ocean Day, the Center for Coastal Studies will host several beach cleanups, the first, “early bird special,” on Tuesday, June 7, 6 to 7 a.m. at Scusset Beach, 20 Scusset Beach Road in Sagamore. The second is Wednesday, June 8, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Provincetown Far East End Beach. What the Shuck? (Tuesday, June 7 – Wednesday, June 8)
Pace University presents a screening of Tide to Table: The Remarkable Journey of Oysters at Wellfleet Preservation Hall, 335 Main St., on Tuesday, June 7, 7 to 9 p.m. The film, produced by two Pace professors, documents aquaculture on Cape Cod, Long Island Sound, and New York City waterways. Seating is limited. Then, on Wednesday, June 8, 6 to 7:30 p.m., IMPROVincetown returns for its rescheduled “Spring Fling Comedy Show.” Tickets from the April 16 canceled show will be honored.
