I saw Andres Butler skating down Race Point Road. It was hard not to notice the color of his hair.
He said he likes orange, but his favorite color is purple. The T-shirt was given to him by his best friend. It looks like it was tailor-made for him, but it wasn’t. “She didn’t want it anymore,” he said.
He started the process of stretching his ears 15 years ago.
Andres has lived in Provincetown for six years. He was born in Brazil. His tattoo — gentileza — means “kindness” in Portuguese. —Agata Storer
