Quotes are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149.
Wages are subject to prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 through 27.
To the extent permitted by law, the Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when, at its sole discretion, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Awarding Authority.
SCOPE OF WORK
Install three Split Air Conditioning Units, minimum 24,000 BTU’s including IWave technology or equivalent in classrooms at Truro Central School. Work to encompass indoor evaporator coil, outdoor condensing unit and heat option. Quote will not include electrician to hook up the unit to power
SCHEDULE
Work must be scheduled when students are not in the classroom
NOTES
A non-mandatory site visit will be offered.
The contractor will provide all warranty documents to the Head Custodian. Please note that the omission of specific statements of duties from the scope of work does not exclude them if the work is related to the project.
