Bucket List (Thurs)
The public art collective Illegal Art will stage a fully permitted event on Thursday, Aug. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Provincetown Town Hall at 260 Commercial St. Passers-by will be invited to write something on the sidewalk in chalk, then wash it away with a bucket of water.
Poetry and Pros (Thurs)
The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown is presenting a poetry reading and conversation with Gail Mazur and Jill Bialosky, moderated by Major Jackson. The event will take place on Zoom on Thursday, Aug. 6, at 6 p.m. Registration costs $10 at fawc.org.

The Cape Cod Museum of Art is holding an online auction at ccmoa.org in honor of Harry Holl’s recently donated Tree of Life sculpture. Bid on silent auction items through Aug. 15; the live auction portion will take place on Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. Outer Cape artists’ work is included.
Chorale Holds Breath
The Outer Cape Chorale announced the cancellation of its December 2020 concerts due to the continuing pandemic, but it will still feature outreach and online activities with artistic director Allison Beavan at outercapechorale.org.
